FarmPro Technologies Ltd ("FarmPro", "we", "our") operates the FarmPro ERP SaaS platform at farmproerp.co.ke. We are registered in Kenya and process data subject to the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 and applicable regulations.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, phone number, organisation name.
• Farm operational data: Crop records, livestock entries, GIS plot boundaries, payroll figures, inventory logs — all entered by you.
• Financial transaction data: M-Pesa STK-push references, SACCO loan records, payroll disbursement logs.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration (via server logs).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provision and operate your FarmPro account and modules.
• To process M-Pesa payments and SACCO transactions on your instruction.
• To generate agronomic reports, NDVI overlays, and payroll summaries you request.
• To send transactional emails (account alerts, payment confirmations).
• To improve platform reliability and diagnose technical issues.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in PostgreSQL with PostGIS extensions hosted within the AWS Africa (Cape Town) region. Farm operational data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is role-scoped per tenant; no employee at FarmPro can read your farm data without explicit support consent from your account administrator.

5. Third-Party Services

• Safaricom M-Pesa Daraja API — for STK push and B2C disbursements.
• Sentinel Hub — for satellite NDVI imagery (plot boundaries only, no personal data).
• Resend — for transactional email delivery.
• Sentry — for error monitoring (anonymised stack traces).

6. Your Rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@farmproerp.co.ke. We will respond within 30 days.
