Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FarmPro ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Kenyan law. The Service is intended for agricultural operators, cooperatives, and SACCOs registered or operating primarily in Kenya and East Africa.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  • Payments are processed via M-Pesa STK-push or bank transfer.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from payment.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe or your data will be retained (read-only) for 60 days before deletion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Kenyan law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code.
  • Impersonate another user or organisation.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all farm operational data you enter. FarmPro holds a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim IP rights over your farm records.

7. Limitation of Liability

FarmPro is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data export is available for 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Nairobi County.
